Basics of Life

The Hidden Messages in Life’s Transience

When an artist creates their art, The artwork is an expression or a message of the artist. And so, with all the beauty and detailed designs and creations we see on Earth, there must be a creator behind it all. The question isn't whether there is a creator or not. The question is, what is the artist and creator of the universe telling us through his creation?

Here on Earth, we encounter many natural phenomena like birth, death, and sleep. If we closely examine what each of these phenomena represents, we might get closer to the truth—the truth of what is and the nature of reality.

At bedtime, as our eyes close, we drift through worldly thoughts and gradually slip into thoughts that don’t make sense. All our worries, thoughts, problems, and loved ones fade away. We enter a different state of reality, sleep. And then we wake up, sometimes barely recalling our dreams. This process is natural, but if we look at it from a larger perspective, we see a purpose behind this phenomenon of sleeping. Questions arise: Why do we dream? Why can't we just sleep and rest our bodies without dreams? Why do dreams exist? Why is this phenomenon part of our reality?

Dreams are temporary. One moment you're living naturally, facing events with your true character. Then suddenly, you wake up in the physical world as if nothing happened, and you start your day. The same principle applies: birth is the beginning of your life, the beginning of your dream, and death is waking up from this life. Death is not the end but the beginning of a real life.

So, what’s the purpose of it all? Why are we given this life? The real question is, why is it temporary?

To answer fundamental questions about life and reality, we must detach from our programmed minds. We need to be willing to listen and question the information presented to us.

We Adapt to Survive

It starts at birth, perhaps even before. As a child, your brain constantly receives and adapts to help you survive in society. It learns to adapt to communication, behaviour, and the emotions attached to every word. As you grow, you develop a mindset or way to connect and communicate with the physical world.

Beliefs Create Reality

As a grown-up, you believe you understand life fully. But in reality, you’ve been in a survival and adaptation state since birth. You were taught that adults are wise, but they too went through the same paradox. Many beliefs we were taught about life could be wrong.

Your intentions, actions, and decisions come from your beliefs. Your belief system shapes your interaction with the world. If your beliefs influence your thoughts and actions, then your beliefs create your reality.

No school teaches the nature of reality, thoughts, and feelings. We’re programmed by society to ignore these fundamental principles, creating limitations in our beliefs and perception of endless possibilities. These limitations create the illusion of what we now call reality—the outside world. These adapted beliefs focus on the external rather than the internal world, which many people are unaware of.

Spiritual Beings Having Human Experiences

We are spirits having human experiences. We talk about "my body," indicating a body that belongs to us but is not us. We are inside our bodies—spirits, energies, light beings in a human form. We come from the spirit world and will return there when our bodies die, waking up from this life.

If we are spirits in human bodies, what is our purpose here? This question has challenged many philosophers. The answer is simple yet profound: Life on Earth is a school to nurture and grow your soul.

Imagine being a spirit in a world of spirits, heading to a library. Instead of picking a book, you pick a lifetime. lessons through experiences. Life offers lessons, providing feelings and emotions as way for us to grow. each feeling has its own unique colours and intensity. And many emotions are blend of multiple colors. We need a human body to connect our soul to the physical world and experience life on Earth.

Nature of Life

Life is like a book that has a beginning and an end already set, but what happens in between is up to us. We all start with a purpose given by a higher power, setting up the main parts of our life story. However, within this setup, we have the freedom to make our own choices. Even though we can’t change when we are born or when we will die, the choices we make shape our journey. Choosing out of fear might limit what we can do, while choosing with love and bravery can open up more possibilities and help us grow. This mix of destiny and our own choices lets us actively shape our life story, filling it with experiences that make it unique. By understanding that some parts of our life are fixed while others are up to us, we can fully appreciate and live our life, knowing we play a big part in how it turns out.

Directing Your Life

People around us affect our thoughts and energy. Positive people uplift us, while negative ones bring us down. Feelings change with interactions, influencing our thoughts. Surrounding ourselves with people means their thoughts become ours.

There are two voices in our heads; one guiding us on what is right and wrong, our intuition or inner voice, and the noises of others' opinions. Staying true to yourself quiets the noise. Your inner voice is influenced by guardian angels assigned by God, guiding you through life.

Listening to Your Intuition

Listening to your intuition and staying true to yourself is crucial. While we can’t see the full picture, the Divine realm does. Strengthening our faith and trust in God calms us, helping us make better decisions. God communicates through our inner voice and life events, guiding us according to our spiritual needs.

Eyes are windows to the soul, reflecting our connections with others. We see our reflections through others' eyes, feeling loved or judged based on their perception. True self-awareness is challenging, but understanding our spiritual journey helps us build our own judgment towards ourselves and nobody can tell us who we are other than our own selves and the life story we are living in.

By understanding these principles, we can live more meaningful lives, recognizing our spiritual nature and the true essence of our existence.
