Refunds for Film Production Services:

• Production Phase and Post-Production Phase:

• Refunds are eligible only if these phases have not been initiated.

• If eligible, 90% of the amount paid for these phases will be refunded.

• The start dates for each phase will be clearly outlined in the contract, and once a phase has begun, the payment for that phase becomes nonrefundable.

• Pre-Production Phase:

• Payments made for this phase are nonrefundable.

Non-Refundable Products and Services:

• Physical Products: All physical products, including artwork and paintings, are non-refundable.

• Digital Products: All digital products, including podcast subscriptions, e-books, and other downloadable content, are non-refundable.

• Other Services: All other services, such as custom podcasts and book development, are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its content are the exclusive property of StarlightFamily and its licensors. This includes trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary designs. These elements may not be used without prior written consent.

8. Termination

Starlight Family reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for any violation of these terms. Users may also terminate their accounts by ceasing Site usage.
