Truth of marriage
The Illusion of Happiness in Marriage
Marriage isn’t going to magically make your life happy. It’s about freeing yourself from societal expectations and facing yourself. We don’t get married just to go through life and make a family; we get married to confront ourselves through another human being. Don’t expect marriage to be just a love story. It’s about knowing and understanding oneself. Through that understanding, love vibrates from within. After every conflict is resolved, a deeper level of love is experienced.
Marriage as a Mirror to the Self
Some use marriage as an escape from themselves. But in reality, marriage is a gateway to spending more quality time with oneself through another human body, but with the same soul. The moment one decides to avoid their spouse, they’re avoiding themselves. It starts with the idea that to live is to work, and then we work to survive. But why do we survive? To maintain a living and eventually get married. But then, what does one do once they’re married? Continue living. Then again, why live?
The Divine Play of Marriage
No matter how random it seems, no marriage is a coincidence. It is divine or cosmic play. Your spouse is not the idea you hold about being a wife or husband; they are another you. It is much easier to deal with another human in the physical realm rather than facing yourself alone. It is an act of mercy and ease. Simply getting married will not solve your problems. But it is a gateway to face your problems by facing yourself, and then your inner problems will be solved. Some think marriage is a gateway to freedom. For those who are free with themselves, this is true. But for those who can’t bear to sit with themselves, it is quite the opposite.
The Purpose of Life and Marriage
In short, the only way in life, the only purpose of life, is to face yourself. Through that, you make a living. When you’re going on by yourself in life, your soul calls you to find a spouse and experience marriage. We don’t fully understand why. We’re not here to make choices; the choices have already been made. We are here to understand why we made those choices.
The Balance of Masculine and Feminine Energies
The true nature of marriage is extremely uplifting. The presence of feminine energy provides a safe place for a man to be contained and nurtured. Females naturally gravitate towards giving and containment in marriage, which seamlessly boosts the masculine energy in males. This helps them work towards their purpose on earth in the most balanced and effective way. Having females go to work creates an imbalance in the relationship, resulting in a lower presence of feminine energy. Women must have enough trust in their men when it comes to providing for the family.
The Solitude Within Marriage
In conclusion, marriage is a gateway to embrace solitude and dig deeper within yourself. When you include outsiders in the marriage, you bring outside drama into your solitude.
