Reality of Weed
The Illusion of Highness
Does weed make your life better or worse? It’s a question that many ponder as they explore the effects of getting high. To understand this, we must first ask: What does “getting high” really mean? Is there a corresponding low? When you smoke weed or indulge in getting high, the world around you seems to shift. Everything feels clearer, and more vibrant. You connect on a deeper level with your surroundings, with people, with your own emotions. But when the high fades, you return to your default state of being. Is this return to normalcy a bad thing?
The Perception Shift
Getting high is not just a physical sensation; it’s a shift in perception. It’s as if you are viewing life from a higher spiritual plane. Yet, this also means that you are opening yourself up to the darker aspects of life. Weed expands your perception, allowing you to experience both the heights and the depths of existence with greater intensity. For instance, a normal event might pass without much impact, but when you’re high, even a small occurrence can trigger extreme joy or deep fear. It sounds thrilling, to experience life at its peak, doesn’t it?
The Disconnect from Essence
But why isn’t this heightened perception our default mode? Why do we need weed to access this level of awareness? The answer lies in our connection to our true essence. The depth of our perception and our ability to feel deeply and connect with life depends on how aligned we are with our true selves. Those who are truly connected to their essence navigate life with strong beliefs and decisions that resonate with their core. So, does using weed allow us to cheat life, to temporarily access this high perception and create a life of high value?
The Cost of High Decisions
The problem is that decisions made while high can lead to a life that unfolds beyond the standards you are prepared to handle. Some doors that open may be too challenging, requiring a strong connection to your true essence to navigate. Without this connection, you may find yourself overwhelmed, constantly facing problems that seem unsolvable, always searching for that missing piece of the puzzle. Over time, you may realize that the decisions you made while high were not aligned with your true path.
True Elevation
The only way to truly elevate your life is to solve the problems you face in your sober state, without relying on weed. As you do this, your consciousness will gradually and smoothly shift towards a higher perception and a deeper connection with life. Eventually, you may find that you feel more elevated, more in tune with life than you ever did when you were high. True growth and higher consciousness come not from escaping reality, but from engaging with it fully, with clarity and authenticity.
